San Diego County CA— The nine Chick-fil-A restaurants in San Diego County, including the Chick-fil-A restaurants at 194 North El Camino Real in Encinitas, 587 Grand Ave. in San Marcos, 1290 Auto Park Way in Escondido and Quarry Creek, 3475 Marron Road in Oceanside, are preparing to give away more than 10,000 chicken sandwiches on Wednesday, May 25, as part of its annual “Military Appreciation Night” promotion.
Between the hours of 4 and 7 p.m., any active duty member of the military or retired veteran with a military ID or proof of service, along with every one of their immediate family members with them, will receive their choice of a free entrée. Choices include the Chick-fil-A original chicken sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, eight-piece nuggets or three-piece chicken-n-strips. Offer valid for dine-in customers only. The event will include family-friendly activities and entertainment for guests at each Chick-fil-A restaurant.

This is Chick-fil-A’s ninth annual “Military Appreciation Night” in San Diego. The event began in San Diego in 2008, when there were four Chick-fil-A restaurants in San Diego County. It has since grown to more than 50 participating Chick-fil-A restaurants throughout Southern California.
