Oceanside CA— The City of Oceanside Neighborhood Services and North County Lifeline will welcome Little Caesars’ Love Kitchen at the Club Crown Heights after-school program this Thursday, July 7, 2016. A pizza kitchen on wheels, the Little Caesars’ Love Kitchen travels across the continental United States and Canada. Since its inception in 1985, the Little Caesars’ Love kitchen has fed more than two million people in 48 states and four Canadian provinces.
The Love Kitchen is scheduled to be on site at the Crown Heights Resource Center from 5:00 pm – 7:00 p.m. to distribute free pizza, while supplies last. This generous donation is made possible by Calleen Farrell who owns the Little Caesars’ franchise on 518 Oceanside Boulevard in Oceanside. An estimated 50,000 Little Caesars’ franchise owners and employees have volunteered their time over the years to support the program in their local communities.
This will be a fun event for kids, aged 5-17, at Club Crown Heights who are currently on summer break. For the past 10 years, North County Lifeline’s Club Crown Heights has embraced the community’s strengths, providing academic and mentorship support for neighborhood youth. This program is held at the City-owned Americanization School, a historical landmark building.
