Carlsbad CA— The Carlsbad Library and Arts Foundation’s annual ‘Night at the Library’ will be a celebration to remember.
The event will be held this Saturday, September 17 at the Carlsbad Dove Library, 1775 Dove Lane, Carlsbad. Tickets are $50 per person.
The evening will start at 5:30 p.m. with cocktails and delicious appetizers in the entrance courtyard. Next, well-known San Diego artists Melanie Taylor and Terry Wollman will rock the Schulman Auditorium stage with their great music. Afterwards, attendees will enjoy an Italian dinner, dessert, tours of the library, more entertainment and dancing to DJ Extreme in the library.
The guest of honor for the evening will be Ben D. Schulman, a long-time patron of the library, in celebration of his 99th birthday.
The “Night at the Library” event raises funds to provide financial support for the Carlsbad library and arts facilities along with programs for children, teens and adults. Cocktail attire suggested.
