Oceanside CA— Recording artist and former worship Director at San Luis Rey Parish, Lupe Rios, is giving a free concert at Mission San Luis Rey.
Mr. Rios will present a bilingual concert of songs from his recent album ‘Paradisum’ and other favorites.
The free concert, at the Serra Center, will be held on Friday, November 18, 2016, 7:00pm. Donations will help the San Luis Rey Parish.
