Oceanside CA— MainStreet Oceanside hosts its 9th year with its Haunted Market on October 27, 2016 at its weekly gathering in Downtown Oceanside, Sunset Market.
Each year, the Sunset Market hosts a family-friendly Haunted Market event to celebrate Halloween. Vendors and businesses will be providing tricks and treats to the young guests that night.
Haunted Market Event Schedule:
- 5:00pm: Market starts
- 5:00pm: Trick or Treat until supplies run out.
- 6:00pm: Costume Parade starts in front of Main Stage
- 8:00 pm: Evil Laugh and Bloodcurdling Scream Contest at Main Stage
- 9:00pm: Market ends.
The Sunset Market Manager, Cathy Nykiel, stated, “We love celebrating Halloween and have some seen some amazing costumes each year on both the young children, their parents, and our vendors. We also encourage our vendors that evening to decorate their booth and wear costumes to get in the theme of the market that night.”
Patrons of the market are reminded that parking is available all around the market with free parking at City Hall on Civic Center Drive and the 3 story parking garage at Cleveland and Seagaze.
