Oceanside CA— The Oceanside Charitable Foundation is hosting a Community Forum on Homelessness, Monday, February 13, 2017, 6:00-7:30pm in the Civic Center Library Community Rooms, 330 North Coast Highway.
Homelessness is not just an Oceanside issue but it is impacting our community.
Come to this community forum to get behind the story learn why and what we as a community can do to make a difference. Close the parks – the pier? Arrest them? Build more housing?
