On every bottle of spirits, Henebery inscribes DARE MAXIMA VIRTUS, which means “Giving is the Greatest Virtue”

Vista CA— To celebrate GIVING TUESDAY NOW, Henebery Spirits donates $15,000 to Another Round Another Rally. Henebery has been diligently working behind the scenes in order to raise actual cash for the local hospitality industry. They are teaming up with Another Round Another Rally to distribute $500 grants to San Diego hospitality workers who lost their jobs or had their hours slashed in the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak. Henebery has accepted beer donations from Wild Barrel Brewing, Rip Current Brewing, Fall Brewing and Latitude 33 to create the hand sanitizer we are bottling. We are sharing the distilling duties with Sean Hallman from Shadow Ridge Spirits out of Oceanside Distillers.
“When the hospitality industry shutdown happened, we were completely shocked. We didn’t know how to deal with it. All of the people we see on a daily basis were forced out of work. Since we’re a small family owned company, we don’t have the cash to just give away. We had to earn it. So we decided to set a goal on raising cash money specifically for the market that supports us,” Jesse Fanning, CEO of Henebery Spirits, Inc.

It’s available for pickup at Henebery Spirits in Vista Fridays from 3 to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 1 to 7 p.m. Available online here.

We provide reimbursement grants and immersive educational scholarships to further the education of underrepresented voices in the community, and supply emergency assistance to those employed in restaurants, bars, and hotels who have fallen on unexpected hardship.
