Oceanside CA—On Wednesday, April 7th, gay, Christian singer Joey Pearson released his music video for “All Are Welcome at God’s Table,” The video features LGBTQ+ people from North County, San Diego and was filmed in Oceanside. The video below precedes the album, “A Place At The Table” which debuted Friday, April 9th. The album is a celebration of justice, love, and unity inclusive of people of all religions and none at all.
Pearson’s message comes shortly after the Pope announced that priests cannot bless same-sex unions. Pearson assures LGBTQ+ people they aren’t just welcome at God’s table, they are blessed.
“The God I know and sing about does not discriminate,” said Pearson. “The 21st century is ready for spirituality to be used to unite rather than divide, to create change rather than stay complacent.”
The album includes chord charts and instrumental tracks for churches who would like to incorporate these songs into their services. To learn more, please visit www.JoeyPearsonMusic.com or access the album wherever music is streamed online.
