San Diego CA—Promises2Kids will be holding its peer-to-peer fundraising campaign for the Brighter Futures Ball Drop, taking place on June 24, 2021. The fundraising campaign will include selling golf balls, starting at $25 per ball, now through noon on June 24th.
On June 24th, the golf balls will be loaded into a helicopter and a live Golf Ball Drop will take place at the Bernardo Heights Country Club (16066 Bernardo Heights Pkwy, San Diego, CA 92128) at 5 p.m. The ball that lands closest to the pin will win a $2,500 cash prize, kindly provided by a community partner. The first $10,000 in golf ball sales will even be matched through a generous donation from The Eugene La Pietra Foundation. Participants do not need to be present to win, and the Golf Ball Drop will also be live-streamed.
