San Diego CA— San Diego County Credit Union^® (SDCCU^®), San Diego’s largest locally-owned financial institution, is the proud presenting sponsor of the Live Well San Diego 5K, held in partnership with the San Diego Blood Bank.
The walk/run will be held Sunday, July 30 at 7:30 a.m. at the County Administration Center, Waterfront Park, located at 1600 Pacific Coast Highway in downtown San Diego. Tickets are $30 for adults and $20 for children. Register at livewellsd5k.com. Each registered walker/runner will receive a commemorative Live Well San Diego 5K shirt, participant medal and race gift bag. The 5K will benefit the life-saving work of the San Diego Blood Bank.
Participants are also encouraged to engage in a fun, interactive experience following the 5K, featuring dozens of vendors and activities. The event will include a Discovery Expo with an Innovation Zone showcasing the work of many San Diego health and wellness leaders, a Kids Fun Zone with bounce houses and games, a Pet Zone, music, fitness classes, dancing and entertainment, free drinks, snacks and more!
