San Diego CA— Mountain Health & Community Services, Inc. will hold its 3rd Annual Healthy Futures Fundraising Luncheon on Thursday, October 12, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with lunched served from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. The event will take place in the Crystal Ballroom at the Handlery Hotel, 950 Hotel Circle North, San Diego, CA.
Mountain Health has come across a new opportunity in City Heights. Community Heights Family Medicine will provide access to an underserved, low-income population with Primary Care, Dental, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health Services, Acupuncture and Social Services on a full-time basis. Mountain Health is still in need of equipment for some of the exam rooms at the facility. All support from this event will go towards the new health center’s equipment. Currently there is a funding gap for the equipment of $300,000.
