Oceanside CA— The Oceanside Senior Anglers has awarded That Boy Good! Restaurant as their “2017 Restaurant of the Year.” Each month after the club’s meeting, about 25 members will go out to lunch at a different, locally owned restaurant in Oceanside.
At the club’s December meeting, members voted on their top three favorite lunch spots for the year. That Boy Good!, where the group dined in November, received the most votes.
Presented on January 16, pictured above, That Boy Good! owners Miss Kim and Chef Mark, along with the Senior Anglers’ Social Chairperson Greg Thompson, and Ken Harrison, who set up the lunch spots in 2017. While the club dined at the original location, 207 N. Coast Highway, That Boy Good! recently opened a second location, 326 N. Horne. Plans are already being made for the club to try out the new location.
The Oceanside Senior Anglers is the largest senior fishing club in Southern California, with emphasis on saltwater charters, conservation, and community service for military, kids, and scout programs. For more information visit: OSAnglers.org
