2018 Candidate for CA Lt. Governor

Oceanside CA— Join the Republican Club of Ocean Hills on Wednesday, February 21st, to meet David Hernandez, 2018 Candidate for California Lieutenant Governor. Candidate Hernandez will address why he is running for the second highest office in the state and his vision and goals for “Winning Back California in 2018.”
David Hernandez has been a Civic Community Leader for over 28 years, in addition to working in the private sector for 25 years as an insurance adjuster. His career trained him in investigating and analyzing issues, strengths that have aided him in reaching out to the community to help solve problems. For 10 of those years he owned and operated his own company.
As Chairman of the Committee for Accountability and Good Government in Los Angeles, he is leading a challenge to the City of Los Angeles’s attempt to take over the commercial trash industry and create a monopolized closed franchise system impacting all commercial businesses in the city. He served as the Executive Director of the San Fernando Chamber of Commerce where he actively assisted business, both small and large, in addressing the many challenges and obstacles which hinder their success. David was successful in having the City of Los Angeles Officially adopt March 30th as “Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day”.
David attended Los Angeles Valley College and served on the Foundation Board of Los Angeles Mission College for five years, with one year as President. During his term as President, he worked to raise funds for Student Scholarships. David and Debi, his wife of 29 ears, reside in Valley Village, California.
