About the American Legion Riders

The American Legion Riders are members of the American Legion. The Riders are veterans from all branches of service, all ages, men and women, who love riding. They can be found participating in local events to support veterans where they live, work and play. They participate in parades, provide help, aid and comfort to any current or former service member and their families, and raise funds for many veteran organizations. Their efforts and participation in many events across the State enable the American Legion Riders to raise funds for Homes for Our Troops, Wounded Warrior Homes, Wreaths Across America, Road Warrior Foundation, Legion of the Silver Rose, Toys for Tots and many more. The members come from the Legion, the Auxiliary and the Sons of the American Legion. The American Legion Riders are family-oriented, just as is its parent organization, the American Legion and is a 501(c)19 non-profit organization. If you are a Veteran of any branch of service, or have a family member who is a Veteran, and ride a motorcycle, you may be eligible to be an American Legion Rider.
