Oceanside CA— Oceanside Cultural Arts Foundation presented its first of three 2018 Performing Arts Scholarships to Andrea Martinez.
Andrea is a graduating Senior at Mission Vista High School. She is a wonderfully talented pianist and has been accepted at Biola University in the Fall.
OCAF is so pleased to be able to help her along her journey in developing her musical skills and honing her talents.
