San Diego CA— The San Diego Center for Children is hosting a Social Skills Group for Teens with Autism and Similar conditions and providing a safe and supportive environment for teens to expand their social knowledge and abilities.
Middle and high school students meet every Thursday to learn a specific social skill through fun activities and interactive discussion. The upcoming 8-week session focuses on relationship building and is specifically designed for teens with social learning challenges, High-Functioning Autism (HFA) or similar needs.
The group meets every Thursday at the Family Wellness Center (El Cajon), 680 Fletcher Pkwy, #202, El Cajon, CA 92020, from 5:00pm – 6:00pm, August 30 – October 18.
Registration and scholarship request deadline is August 27.
