Carlsbad CA—On Tuesday, January 22nd, the Carlsbad Republican Women Federated (CRWF) club welcomes Jason Roe, Principal of Roe Strategic, a campaign and communications strategy consultancy specializing in general consulting and management, messaging, direct mail, and public affairs. Jason Roe will present, “2020 and Where Do We Go From Here,” an analysis of the political climate and opportunities for Republicans in the next election. As we look back on a tumultuous 2018, Jason’s insights based on twenty-five years of experience in campaigns and strategy, promise a fascinating discussion.
Jason Roe is nationally recognized for his work in campaigns and government advising candidates for President, Congress, Governor, and state and local office, as well as corporations and political parties. A Washington veteran, Jason was a senior advisor to Marco Rubio’s 2016 presidential run, serving as National Media Spokesman. In 2007, he was Deputy Campaign Manager for Mitt Romney’s presidential campaign, and worked on the campaigns of George W. Bush in 2000 and Bob Dole in 1996. He’s managed nationally watched congressional campaigns and was also the strategist for San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer in 2013 and 2016, winning 53% and 57% of the vote in a city with only 25% Republican registration.
A graduate of Western Michigan University with a degree in Public Administration and Economics, Jason resides in San Diego, California with his wife and son.
Carlsbad Republican Women Federated general meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of the month at the Green Dragon Tavern and Museum, 6115 Paseo del Norte, Carlsbad, CA 92011.
Doors open at 11:00 a.m. and the program begins at 11:30 a.m.
