Oceanside CA— El Camino High School graduating Senior, Valerie Pfeffer was the recipient of a $1,000.00 Oceanside Cultural Arts Foundation Scholarship.
Valerie will be majoring in 3D Modelling and Video Game Design at California State University Chico, and then plans to pursue a graduate degree at Cogswell School of the Arts.
