Moline IL— Matthew S. Citron was recently selected by the American Rental Association (ARA) Foundation to receive a $1,000 Undergraduate Scholarship. Citron is affiliated with LiftSmart in Vista, Calif. and is pursuing a career in the equipment and event rental industry.
Equipment and event rental as an industry is a field that can offer a dynamic and exciting career path. This industry is comprised of businesses that serve the general tool, construction, and party and event markets as well as manufacturers and suppliers of rental equipment.
The ARA scholarship program is administered by the ARA Foundation, which awards scholarships for the Foundation and affiliate programs based on academic and leadership achievements, rental industry involvement, written essays and references. The scholarships assist in covering tuition, fees and books.
