Oceanside CA— Senator Patricia (Pat) Bates, California 36^th Senate District, will be the keynote speaker. Her talk will be: “Update from Sacramento”. Pat represents nearly 1 million people living in South Orange and North San Diego counties. In 2017, she became the Senate Republican Leader and is the second woman to lead a party caucus in the Senate’s history – Democrat or Republican. You are invited to meet your senator and to better understand current state legislative bills.
