Oceanside CA— The Oceanside Lifeguard Division is pleased to announce the acquisition of four new beach wheelchairs. The Oceanside Lifeguards have been providing beach wheelchairs free of charge to help provide access to disabled beach patrons for over a decade.

The harsh beach environment takes a toll on the equipment. Our fleet of chairs has fallen into disrepair one-by-one.
The Oceanside Lifeguards would like thank the State Coastal Conservancy for their generous financial support of this program, enabling the purchase of four new chairs and a storage shed, located 1304 N. Pacific Street (Junior Lifeguard Facility).
