Webinar to Provide Tips for Mental Wellness While Working from Home
San Diego CA— The SANDAG iCommute team will host a free telework webinar on Thursday, May 7 at 11 a.m. to support regional employers and employees as they continue to navigate teleworking amid the COVID-19 pandemic. After hosting a successful webinar series in early April, SANDAG is responding to the need for continued teleworking support during these unprecedented times with a third webinar, this time focused on boosting mental wellness while teleworking.
Thursday’s webinar, titled “Telework Wellness: How to nurture teams and boost morale,” will share best practices for collaboration, connection, and compassion to keep employees engaged and productive.
The 40-minute interactive webinar will include live polls and a Q&A session with expert panelists:
- Suzanne Hoffman, Psychologist and Organization Consultant, Vice President at Workplace Guardians
- Jason Martin, Director of Facilities and Engineering at Fleet Science Center
- Karen Lerman, Learning and Development Business Partner at Waze
