Solana Beach CA— Evolve Skateboards and Super 73 partnered to organize the biggest Personal Electric Vehicles (PEV) ride to celebrate Earth Week on Saturday, 24th April, in San Diego. All PEVs are welcome, including electric skateboards, e-bikes, and e-scooters, and the event is free. This is the first time an all PEV ride will occur in San Diego since the COVID-19 outbreak last year.
“E-skating events are one of the core elements of Evolve Skateboards, and we’re super excited to bring San Diego a group ride for all PEVs. The last 12 months have been very challenging for social events, and riders are keener than ever to go for a shred together”, says Jeff Anning, the founder of Evolve Skateboards
The meeting point for the ride is at the Revolution Bike Shop in Solana Beach at 11 am. The riders will go for a 12 miles roundtrip on dedicated bike lanes with a support vehicle and riders.
During the event, riders can donate perishable food that will be directed to the San Diego Food Bank. A food item donation gets a raffle ticket for prizes from our partners.
