Oceanside CA— March is Women’s History Month as proclaimed by the Mayor of Oceanside Esther Sanchez last year, 2021. The Woman’s Club of Oceanside, Inc. supports this proclamation. Next month, on March 3, 2022, from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Woman’s Club is hosting the first annual celebration of women inviting women leaders, businesswomen, volunteers, teachers, advocates, healthcare workers etc. who have made an impact on the growth in Oceanside and their residents.
Mayor Esther Sanchez will be the guest speaker of the event. We will recognize all who join us in honoring Women in our community. We will have a Women’s History presentation by Vice President Carolyne “Doc” Hensel, and a brief history of the club presented by Treasurer Gayle Lacy. We invite you to join us as we gather with a community of women in celebrating each other’s accomplishments. We will be serving delicious horderves and refreshments. It will be an enjoyable time. We don’t want you to miss it!
