This amazing but not surprising headline is on the front page of the Local Section in the SDUT Sunday edition of August 09, 2020. Everybody should read this one. The now locally infamous Integral Communities developer, a for profit group seeking to build a tract housing development with some cutesy little farm themed junk into our Farmlands, is a terrible example of overreaching for profit, and now is even rudely attempting to use well meaning State Legislation against the very people it was intended to benefit, sheesh! OMG what a bad joke on the “Three Blind Mice” in our City Council who signed off on this boondoggle plan to wreck the Farmlands forever.
According to this article by Phil Diehl in the SDUT, our City Attorney has declared the City will defend the voters decision against these frivolous claims in November when this lousy lawsuit fails to stop WE THE PEOPLE from exercising our RIGHT TO VOTE, and WE win the day!! Vote NO on NRF, vote NO on Integral Communities scheme to wreck our Farmlands. They will not be allowed to integrate their little version of UNHAPPINESS into our city! According to my reading of this article by Phil Diehl of the SDUT, this lousy Intergral Communities outfit, these Profiteers are now attempting to use this California Code ; Cal. Gov. Code § 66300, against WE THE PEOPLE of O’side. Thus to continue their onslaught of ruination, but it does not stand a chance of beating us WHEN WE VOTE NO in November! In my not so humble opinion, a careful reading of this statute reveals that it will not stand as basis for this yet another egregiously harassing affront to the will of WE THE PEOPLE. Yet another frivolous and inappropriate lawsuit by this hideous FOR PROFIT INTEGRAL COMMUNITIES COMPANY.
SHAME, SHAME ON THEM !!!
