About the so called “farmland acreage”, I offer these further possible considerations : * The individual community members could not be relied upon to maintenance such an area. They would already have a job, with a home and family to care for. Most affluent people already hire a landscape crew just to do their yards, huh? * Hiring a real farmer/farm maintenance crew would surely be not cheap to do. Homeowners would probably have to sub-contract with such an entity to have a bit of their “own farm land” produce. This is just another hidden cost disguised by the “snake in the garden” developer as a juicy benefit. DO NOT EAT THAT APPLE! Nothing ever changes, Nasty Jerks trick unsuspecting innocent folks to make easy money. This is an everlasting fact of life for we humans. Beware the “silently sibilant” songs of The Snakes!! They will rip you off with these kind of “song lyrics”…..”Buy my ssstuff….it’s ssso sssweet….your sssweetie will love it…. your friendsss and family will love it….you will be ssso happy! Ssssst, and “Gotcha”, then do gleefully declare the snaky ones. All the way to the bank with your money in their scaly purses. I loath those kind of people, and everyone who uses them to support their own hidden agendas. Good luck everybody, except NRF and Integral, and their supporters in our otherwise still pretty cool little beachy city. VOTE NO ON MEASURE L …… VOTE NO to stop the Integral developer’s FOR PROFIT plan, thus to preserve O’side’s Agricultural Lands for We The People !!
This NRF Development WOULD NOT BENEFIT OUR CITY !!!!
