At the February 23rd meeting of the Carlsbad Republican Women, members hosted speaker Scott Davison, a local intellectual property attorney. Davison is the founder of “Families for Opening Carlsbad Schools,” an organization of over 1000 parents lobbying for full in-person instruction in Carlsbad.
In a community-wide, bipartisan effort to support children, parents are legally challenging the school district’s unlawful school closures. Carlsbad Republican Women are active participants in the community and strongly support local control and limited government.
