Oceanside CA— This noncredit spinal fitness course emphasizes total body fitness with an emphasis on the spine. It begins with a standing warm-up and a lively, fun, dance aerobics segment. Cool down, standing weight strength and balance work follow. The conclusion of class is floor work, focusing on creating flexibility in the body using breath-based movement and postures.
