San Diego County Credit Union partners with Scripps Health Foundation to deliver diabetes care and education programs to address needs throughout the County

San Diego County CA— San Diego County Credit Union^® (SDCCU^®), has once again partnered with Scripps Health Foundation to sponsor the Scripps Diabetes Care & Prevention Programs facilitated through Scripps Whittier Diabetes Institute (SWDI)—Southern California’s leading diabetes center of excellence, committed to providing the best evidence-based diabetes screening, education and patient care in San Diego County.
SWDI offers programs in patient self-management education, clinical research, community-based diabetes care, diabetes prevention, pragmatic retinal screenings and professional training and education. The partnership support will also allow SWDI to provide 500-700 diabetes education classes at several locations to serve diabetes care needs throughout the County.
