During the Thanksgiving break, more than two dozen students will participate in Quantum Learning’s Youth Success Summit.

Oceanside CA— As schools prepare for the Thanksgiving break next week, a local educational institution ‘Quantum Learning Network’ is getting ready for students to descend on their campus. Sixth, seventh, and eighth graders from Cesar Chavez, Roosevelt, Valley, Aviara Oaks, Calavera Hills, The Preuss School, Heritage Christian, Sullivan, Oaks Crest, and Diegueno Middle Schools will attend the Quantum Learning Youth Success Summit being held on Monday, November 24, and Tuesday, November 25. The two-day summit will help the students build a foundation for success as they develop life skills and strength of character needed for academic and individual excellence. youth_success_summit02
“The summit will transform how these students learn, communicate, collaborate, and retain information,” said Jeff Miller, education development manager at QLN, “plus the timing is perfect for working parents who are looking to keep their children productive during the Thanksgiving recess.”
Over the past 30 years, QLN has taught SuperCamp at prestigious universities across the country and around the globe. These 8- and 10-day residential camps teach valuable life skills such as time management, organizational readiness, social and emotional awareness, independent thinking, personal confidence, pride of ownership, and individual motivation. The Youth Success Summit will be a condensed version, but still content rich.
“Seventy-three percent of students who attend our camps increase their grades once they return to their classrooms,” Jeff continued, “and being able to impact the kids right here in our own backyard is truly rewarding as an educator.”
In addition to the two-day summit in November, QLN is hosting a second Youth Success Summit during the winter recess—December 29 to 31. The winter summit, a day longer, will expand on the curriculum of November’s summit and dive deeper into strength of character, personal confidence, and leadership qualities. Space is still available, but filling up rather quickly, so parents should call Cristina at 800-285-3276 x199 if they wish to enroll their child.
