• SAT Preparation Workshop: Saturdays, 1/30–2/27, 9 a.m.–2 p.m. at the MiraCosta College Oceanside Campus, Room 3504, 1 Barnard Drive, Oceanside. Fee: $199.
• Applied Math & Critical Thinking for Machinists: Tuesdays/Thursdays, 1/12–2/11, 4–6 p.m. at the MiraCosta Technology Career Institute, 2015 Las Palmas Drive, Carlsbad. Fee: $89.
• Manufacturing Fundamentals: Saturdays, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. and Sundays, 8 a.m.–noon, 1/23–3/6, at the Technology Career Institute, 2015 Las Palmas Drive, Carlsbad. Fee: 375.
• Beginning Adult Tap Dance: Saturdays, 1/30–3/19, 10–11 a.m. Location: TBA. Fee: $69.
• Retirement Planning Today: Thursdays, 1/28 & 2/4, 6:30-9:30 p.m. OR Tuesdays, 2/2 & 2/9, 6:30-9:30 p.m. in Room 3516 at the Oceanside Campus. Fee: $60 (spouses are free).
