
Oceanside CA- Oceanside Police arrested David Tua, 30, this morning, on suspicion of attempted murder and participation in a criminal street gang. SWAT teams and other area law enforcement agencies served six search warrants at 5:00am Thursday, in Oceanside, resulting in the arrest of Tua. The attempted murder of Randy Lozano occurred near Gold Dr and Charles St. close to where the body of Louiegie Bermas was found, the 600 block of Arthur Avenue on August 14, 2013. Bermas death was determined to be a homicide and more suspects are being sought in connection with both cases. Several more search warrants were issued late Thursday in relation to the apparent gang related murder and attempted murder.
