Body Found on Oceanside Street

Oceanside CA- Police are investigating the discovery of a body in the 600 block of Arthur Ave. The body of a male was found around 5:40 this morning. Lt. Steve Regalado, of the Oceanside Police Department, said there was no indication of trouble in the area, prior to the 911 call. Police arrived at the scene and discovered trauma on the body and are treating the death as a suspicious. The San Diego County Coroner removed the body, will investigate the cause of death and identify the victim.
Update: The body has been identified as that of 21-year-old, Louiegie Bermas.
