Oceanside CA-Speed may have been a contributing factor in the death of motorcyclist on Village Drive, near the Arrowhead Golf Course around 1:30pm, on Sunday. Preliminary reports say it appears the rider left the road, struck a fence and died at the scene. The riders name is being withheld pending family notification.
