Oceanside CA- The San Diego County Sheriffs Department is seeking help finding Kimberly Jo Evans. On April 30, 2013, at about 10:45 a.m., Kim Evans left her residence in Encinitas, and was last seen by her mother. Kim has not been taking her medications. Kim left on foot, taking a suitcase and clothing with her. Kim did not have a cell phone. She did not have a vehicle and was known to use public transportation.
