Oceanside CA- The Oceanside Parks and Recreation Department is offering two new Spring classes beginning March 27th.

Skateboard Class

A new skateboarding class on Saturday morning at the Alex Road Skatepark in Spring 2014. Taught by SD Skatelife skateboard instructor Andrew Barbosa, this class will teach the fundamental skills of skateboarding for kids ages 6-13. Class will fill fast. Registration now open. Spring classes begin Monday, March 24, 2014, and run until June 14, 2014, for spring session.

Bricks 4 Kidz

New toddler classes in Spring 2014 at Melba Bishop Recreation Center, located 5306 North River Road in Oceanside. Taught by Bricks 4 Kidz, classes will teach toddlers socialization skills in a fun, educational setting. Choose Parent/Tot classes for children 18 months – 4 years, or Preschool Tiny Tot 2-hour classes for children ages 3 – 4.5. All classes utilize DUPLO Lego Bricks to teach developmentally appropriate lessons. Classes begin Monday, March 24 and run until June 14, 2014 for spring session.
