Oceanside CA- Unfortunately, it’s that time of year, again. We move to Daylight Savings Time so spring ahead one hour, with the clocks, at 2:00 a.m., Sunday morning. The New England Journal of Medicine reports that traffic accidents increase due to insufficient sleep and disrupted circadian rhythms. Most states observe DST states with the exception of Arizona (except for the Navajo Nation, which does observe daylight saving time), Hawaii, and the overseas territories of Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the United States Virgin Islands.
