Oceanside CA- The race for the Board Of Supervisors seat in District No. 5 between incumbent Bill Horn and Oceanside Mayor Jim Wood continues to be tight. With 100% of the Precinct votes counted, as of 3:00 a.m., Horn leads 28,970 (51.22%) to Wood’s 27,592 (48.78%). There are approximately 98,000 Absentee and Provisional ballots still to be counted.
