6 Arrested After Raid on Encinitas Home

Encinitas CA— On December 23, 2014, the Encinitas Community Oriented Policing and Problem Solving Unit (COPPS) conducted a search warrant at 1507 Rancho Encinitas Drive in Encinitas. For the past year, the neighbors of the community complained about the suspicious and illegal drug activity at the location.
As part of the Holiday Watch Operation, the Encinitas COPPS unit arrested resident Anastasia Kirkeby (9-19-65) for carrying a concealed weapon and Jeremy Henry (7-26-76) for possession of a controlled substance.
The COPPS Unit obtained a search warrant for Kirkeby’s residence and served it Tuesday morning. Sheriff’s Special Enforcement Detail cleared the residence and six individuals were detained. The sixth person, Anastasia Kirkeby, was found in a hidden room behind a book case.
All six individuals were arrested and they are as follows:

  • Anastasia Kirkeby- 11366 HS Furnishing a Drug House
  • Jeremy Dinwiddie- Felony Warrant (Stalking)
  • Jessica Wilkenson- 11350 HS Possession of Heroin
  • Jeremy Henry- 32 PC Accessory to Crime
  • Paul Povency- 32 PC Accessory to Crime
  • John Switzer- 32 PC Accessory to Crime
