Carlsbad CA— Thursday night, March 5, at 8:57 p.m., the City of Carlsbad Police Department responded to a robbery at Daniel’s Jewelers, located in the Westfield Carlsbad Mall 2525 El Camino Real.
A preliminary investigation revealed that the suspect, who was on foot, pointed a handgun at a store employee demanding jewelry before fleeing the mall eastbound on foot with several rings.
The suspect was described as a black male, in his late 20’s to mid 30’s, wearing black jeans, a black coat, a red Los Angeles Clippers hat with a black bill, carrying a black and white Foot Locker shopping bag and a white H&M shopping bag.
