Oceanside CA— The City of Oceanside will be resurfacing El Camino Real from Town Center to the southerly city limit and Vista Way from El Camino Real to Via Esmarca beginning June 18.
Due to heavy daytime traffic and potential disruption during peak traffic hours, the City has scheduled the road construction activities to occur at night. This effort will require lane and freeway ramp closures and continuous work throughout the night.
Lane and ramp closures will commence at 9:00 p.m. Work will typically continue until 5:00 a.m. The first day of work is scheduled to begin Thursday, June 18 at 9:00 p.m. Paving work will continue on Sunday, June 21 at 9:00 p.m. and will be completed at 5:00 a.m. on June 25. Final striping will be completed on July 11.
