Oceanside CA— On Monday night at 11:46, Oceanside Police Officer’s responded to a radio call of a woman who had possibly been sexually assaulted.
Officer’s located the victim in the 1000 block of Costa Pacifica.
The neighbors had discovered the victim and called the Oceanside Police Department. When the victim was discovered she was not wearing any clothing.
After an investigation it was determined the crime scene was near the bike trail in Downtown Oceanside.
The possible suspect was an acquaintance of the victim. A Sexual Assault Response Team Examination took place. The victim is a 38-year-old Oceanside resident.
