Vista CA— On Wednesday July 15, 2015, at approximately 9:33 pm, deputies from the Sheriff’s Vista Station responded to a call of an armed robbery at the Game Stop store located 510 Hacienda Drive in Vista.
A male wearing a black puffy wig walked into the store a few minutes before the business closed and wanted to look at some games. A few moments later, two additional suspects entered the store wearing long sleeve shirts and blue jeans. One suspect had his face covered with a handkerchief while the other suspect had a mask on his face.
One of the suspects brandished a handgun and forced the two employees to a back storage room where they were both tied-up. The suspects collected the cash from the two registers, stole video games and game consoles before fleeing the scene in a getaway vehicle parked at the rear of the business.
No one was injured during the incident. Two of the three suspects were described as black males between 20-30 years of age with medium builds. Detectives from the Sheriff’s Vista Station are handling the investigation. We are asking for the community’s help in locating these suspects.
