Update: Girl was found safe in Los Angeles
On August 26, 2015, at approximately 2:05pm, Lanees Issa was abducted from Los Angeles, California, by her non-custodial father.
The victim is Lanees Issa, a 2-year-old middle eastern female, with brown hair, brown eyes, standing approximately 2 feet tall and weighing approximately 35 pounds. Lanees Issa was last seen wearing a pink and orange shirt, pink pants, and pink sandals.
The suspect is Louai Nayel Issa, a 27-year-old middle eastern male, with brown hair, green eyes, standing approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall, and weighing approximately 165 pounds. he was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue jeans.
Louai Issa is believed to be armed and dangerous
Louai Issa was last seen driving a silver Honda CRV, partial California license plate of “w122”.
