Oceanside CA— Oceanside, and Carlsbad Fire Departments along with an air-unit from the San Diego County Sheriffs Department are on the scene of a vegetation fire south of SR-78 and west of College Blvd. Firefighter access has been hampered by dense brush in the area. No structures are threatened and traffic is being affected in both directions of SR-78 near the scene.
