Oceanside CA— On October 10, 2015 at 7:20 p.m., a person heard loud screaming between a male and a female. At the intrersection of Los Arbolitos Boulevard and Pala Road he found a Hispanic male and a Hispanic female engaged in a heated argument. The male was holding a magenta colored razor scooter.
