Fallbrook CA— On Tuesday October 27, 2015 at about 12:35 PM, the Fallbrook Crime Suppression Team conducted an attempt to contact on an Enriquez Cazares who was staying at the Econo Lodge Hotel located 1608 S. Mission Road, in the unincorporated area of Fallbrook.
Cazares had a valid 4th waiver and had a room registered in his name. Deputies made contact with Cazares and a female subject, later identified as Ester Jimenez. A 4th waiver search was conducted inside the room. Deputies discovered about a pound and a half of marijuana, one syringe loaded with heroin, 8.83 grams of cocaine, 6.34 grams of methamphetamine, small baggies, a scale, multiple unloaded syringes and various suspected stolen items. A 4th waiver search was also conducted on Cazares’ vehicle parked in front of the hotel room.
Deputies discovered two syringes loaded with heroin, a ballistic vest, a replica firearm, ski mask, and various suspected stolen items inside the vehicle. Cazares was arrested for transportation for sales and additional drug related charges. Jimenez was arrested for possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia.
Both Jimenez and Cazares were transported to the Fallbrook Substation for processing. The investigation is still on going at this time.
