San Diego CA— The San Diego Honda Dealers are supporting the San Diego Blood Bank (SDBB) with a drawing to win a new Honda CR-V at the Chargers Drive XXXVII, presented by San Diego County Credit Union, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 24, at the Town and Country Resort Hotel & Convention Center, 500 Hotel Circle South, in San Diego’s Mission Valley area. The annual, daylong community-wide blood drive is considered one of the largest and longest-running single-day blood drives in the nation. This year’s collection goal is 1,200 pints.
All fans are invited to purchase an entry to win the new Honda CR-V. Each entry donation is at $5 per entry. Donations will be utilized in the purchase of a new bloodmobile. Amounts contributed for drawing entries are not tax-deductible. Drawing details and instructions on submitting an entry can be found at www.SanDiegoBloodBank.org.
Nine semi-finalists will be chosen at random two weeks prior to the Chargers Drive XXXVII. If SDBB cannot reach any of the nine semi-finalists within a seven day period, alternates will be chosen. Entries received after Nov. 10, 2015, will be eligible for the 10th wild card position. Online entries will be accepted until 4 p.m. on Nov. 23. Manual entries will also be accepted the day of the Chargers Blood Drive. The drawing for the 10th position will be held at approximately 4 p.m. on Nov. 24. The final drawing for the actual car giveaway will be held at approximately 5 p.m. on Nov. 24 at Chargers Blood Drive XXXVII at the Town & Country Convention Center.
Winner must be present to win (no proxy is allowed). Winner must be at least 18 years of age to enter. Winner is liable for all tax, license, insurance, registration and transportation fees, if applicable. All prizes are subject to income tax withholding. Employees of the San Diego Blood Bank, official Honda representatives and their immediate families are not eligible.
