Encintas CA— Be on the lookout for a man wanted in connection with an attempted home burglary in Encinitas. The crime was captured on home surveillance video. Take a good look at the suspect and see if you recognize him.
It happened on October 25th around 10:30 a.m. in the 2400 block of El Camino Del Norte in Encinitas. The suspect tried to open a door, but the security alarm was activated when he tried to pry open a window.

The same home was burglarized on May 26th of this year, while the homeowner was attending her husband’s funeral. The suspects in that incident entered the home and tried to steal a safe, but were unsuccessful.
The suspect in this case is described as a White man between 35 and 45 years old, stands 6’2″ tall with a normal build. He has brown, wavy hair that was brushed back and a mustache. He was last seen wearing thick, wrap-around sunglasses, a green short sleeve shirt and khaki cargo pants.
