Oceanside CA— As of 6:25am, Oceanside motor units are on scene of a Hazmat spill – diesel fuel – and overturned semi-tractor trailer rig on Mission Road in Bonsall about ½ mile north of SR 76. Both northbound and southbound lanes on Mission Road are completely blocked. There is no blockage on SR 76 except for the eastbound left turn lane onto northbound Mission Road. The left turn lane is blocked off.
Oceanside units are waiting to be relieved by California Highway Patrol and San Diego County Sheriff’s deputies. The area is actually the jurisdiction of the CHP.
